About Me as a therapist
Trained in the US and Europe I bring two decades of international clinical experience to working with motivated clients who seek clarity, resilience, and deeper fulfillment. Evidence based eclectic approach I use is tailored to navigate the complexities of human mind and personal transformation. In a confidential and affirming space, we’ll align your mindset with your highest potential.
I believe that life is for living. But life can get tough leaving you feeling stuck and isolated. I’m here to provide an effective personal environment where we can work together to:
find relief and get back on track
learn to cope with difficult situations
resolve conflicts internal and with others
deal with traumatic events
find direction in life
I have supported people from all walks of life through various life events and transitions for 20+ years. In therapy I use different methods – eclectic – including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, ACT, schema therapy, gestalt, EMDR, EFT etc. All are welcome – no issue is too difficult and every pain is worthy of attention. I invite you to make an appointment and take first step to change.
I offer an informal, approachable style of communication. Down to earth way of interacting that allows us to go deep and find resolution. I offer a safe place for short term and long term therapy in online sessions.
Before establishing my private practice, I worked in university student counseling, hospital settings, and not-for-profit mental health organizations, as well as research. I gained hands-on experience with a broad spectrum of psychological challenges. I hold two master’s degrees in biology and clinical psychology, as well as a degree in business. It was through my experience in the business world of financial advice and planning that I discovered how naturally my counseling skills aligned with guiding high achievers—helping them navigate mental health challenges while coaching them to develop further. Today, I combine clinical expertise with a deep understanding of high-performance environments to support those perhaps struggling but striving to remain stable, functional, productive and continue to achieve growth.
